Lane Bednash FABRP FIPA FCA – Director
Lane is licensed to carry on work as an Insolvency Practitioner in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England & Wales and is a fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals, as well as a Chartered Accountant.
When it comes to case work, Lane brings a wealth of experience to each assignment and is highly regarded for his frank and honest approach. In addition, he resolves problems by understanding the perspectives of all of the stakeholders involved. The solution will be different from case to case but the result will be the optimum outcome for all concerned.
Lane has been a key contributor to the profession, having chaired courses and given presentations on behalf of R3, UK’s leading professional association for insolvency practitioners, and on behalf of INSOL, the world-wide federation of accountants and lawyers who specialise in turnaround and insolvency. Lane also currently co-chairs North London CPE, which holds quarterly conferences providing fellow professionals with technical updates and training.
Lane is an avid enthusiast of fast cars and even faster motorbikes.
Demetri M Christou – Director
Demetri co-founded CMB Partners in 2008, with Bryan Lucas. His energy and perspective have been vital to the success of the Company.
Demetri has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of insolvency, with particular expertise in the areas of bankruptcy and personal insolvency.
He prides himself on his compassionate reputation for assisting struggling debtors by helping them through troubled and stressful times whilst showing due consideration for the needs of creditors. Demetri has also developed expert skills in the field of corporate insolvency and remains a keen proponent of the “rescue culture”.
Demetri is married and enjoys spending time with his daughter and two sons. He is also a keen music and football fan and has been known to participate in both activities in his spare time.
